Delivery Information & prices

Sandskater will dispatch your order within one working day of it being placed. If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will contact you. Sandskater reserve the right to amend orders placed with incorrect delivery options without notice.

For the purpose of delivery, a board is defined as a skimboard, bodyboard, surfboard, skateboard etc

	UK orders without a board All UK deliveries without a board are made by either 1st class Royal Mail, Business Post or DHL. European and North American deliveries will be sent out by Royal Mail Airmail, and will be delivered by your own national postal service.
	UK board orders All board deliveries are made using either DHL or Business Post and will require a signature on delivery. If you know you are not going to be in when the parcel is delivered, we can instruct the couier to leave the parcel with a neighbour, or deliver it to your place of work.
	European board orders You have a choice of either the cheaper road option by Business Post which typically takes around 4-10 working days, or the TNT Air service which costs a little more but is quicker. (around 2 - 4 working days) You can select which service you require from the dropdown menu at the basket/checkout page. USA/Canada board orders All skimboard deliveries to North America are made using TNT and will require a signature on delivery.
